Fibocom Wireless Inc. (FIBOCOM) has issued a notice to convene its second Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2026 on 20 August 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Beijing time. The session will be held in the company’s conference room on the 10th floor of Tower A, Building 6, Shenzhen International Innovation Valley, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

The sole item on the agenda is an ordinary resolution seeking shareholder approval for the purchase of liability insurance covering the company’s directors and senior management members.

Key procedural points:

• Voting method: In compliance with Rule 13.39(4) of Hong Kong’s Listing Rules, the resolution will be decided by poll. Any treasury shares will not be entitled to vote. • Record date: Shareholders registered as of 20 August 2026 are eligible to attend and vote. Share transfer documents must be lodged with the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on 14 August 2026. • Proxy arrangements: Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; completed proxy forms must reach Computershare by 2:30 p.m. on 19 August 2026. • Meeting duration and costs: The company expects the EGM to last no longer than half a day. Attendees will bear their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Board composition at the time of the notice comprises four executive directors—Zhang Tianyu, Ying Lingpeng, Xu Ning and Chen Qihua—and three independent non-executive directors—Wang Ning, Zhao Jing and Wu Chenggang.
