CRRC Corporation Limited announced that, in line with the paperless listing regime under Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules effective 31 December 2023, the company will shift all future Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reports and broader corporate communications to digital-only formats.

The board notification, dated 17 April 2026, confirms that English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be posted on the company website (www.crrcgc.cc) and the HKEXnews platform instead of being mailed in hard copy.

To maintain timely access to “Actionable Corporate Communications”—documents that require shareholder instructions—registered shareholders are encouraged to supply a functional email address. This can be done by scanning a personalised QR code or by returning a completed reply form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

If an email address is not provided, CRRC will default to sending Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form until digital contact details are received. Shareholders who prefer physical copies of all materials may request them for a one-year period by returning the reply form or emailing CRRC@computershare.com.hk with their name and address.
