CHINA NEWCITY (01321) announced that on September 15, 2025, the company entered into a service agreement with EXIO Group Limited (EXIO), under which EXIO has agreed to provide tokenization services to the company, including: legal document coordination, smart contract development, smart contract auditing, wallet solutions, token access on the EXIO platform, coordination of investor Know Your Customer procedures, initial distribution of virtual assets, and secondary trading.

The announcement stated that the Group will leverage Hong Kong's system and regulatory environment as an international financial center to continue deepening cooperation with leaders in the digital asset industry, strategically researching and positioning in digital assets to drive the re-release of value from existing assets.

It is reported that EXIO is a Hong Kong-licensed virtual asset trading platform invested by Huasheng Group under Sina, which obtained a virtual asset trading platform operating license from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission in December 2024.
