YNBY International Limited released its latest Annual Report and Circular on 24 April 2026. Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk) and on the company’s website (www.0030.com.hk).

In line with the HKEX paperless listing framework that took effect on 31 December 2023 (Listing Rule 2.07), the company has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. The materials covered include annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Key operational details are as follows:

1. Shareholders can request free printed copies of the current Annual Report and Circular by emailing YNBYInternational.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. A name and address must be provided.

2. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications must supply a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited.

3. Until a valid email address is on file, shareholders: • will not receive electronic alerts, • must proactively monitor the company and HKEXnews websites, • will continue to receive actionable corporate communications in printed form.

4. Any request to receive printed communications remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.
