Prudential plc has announced that Norges Bank crossed a disclosure threshold in the company’s share capital on Mar, 12 2026.

Norges Bank now holds 101,812,778 voting rights in Prudential plc, equal to 4.02% of the insurer’s total voting rights. The position comprises 100,596,209 direct voting rights (3.97%) and 1,216,569 voting rights (0.05%) linked to shares lent or otherwise transferred with a right of recall.

The notification was filed on Mar, 13 2026 under the UK Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules following an acquisition or disposal of voting rights.
