KS SMART MGMT (08181) announced that the group is expected to record a net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$29.3 million for the six months ended September 30, 2025, compared to a loss of about HK$4.6 million in the same period last year.

The increase in losses was primarily due to a revenue decline of approximately HK$14.3 million, mainly driven by reduced property management contracts, leading to a corresponding decrease in gross profit of around HK$8.2 million. Additionally, the group incurred one-time employee costs of about HK$16 million related to the establishment of its smart monitoring system center, which commenced operations in June 2025.
