The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) has made its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and Environmental, Social and Governance Report available on both its corporate website (www.towngas.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies of the Annual Report and circular are provided only to those non-registered holders who have previously requested hard copies; the 2025 ESG Report is distributed exclusively in electronic form.

Towngas will hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday, 1 June 2026 at 12:00 noon in the Convention Hall (Harbour Road Entrance), Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

In line with amendments to the Listing Rules, the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and the company’s Articles of Association, Towngas will replace postal distribution with electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders will no longer receive postal notifications of new publications. Those wishing to receive email alerts may register through the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing “News Alerts” service or provide an email address to their intermediaries.
