BExcellent Group Holdings Limited (1775) issued a supplemental and clarification announcement regarding its annual results for the financial year ended 31 July 2025. The adjustment focuses on optimizing the presentation of “Other (losses) gains — net,” including decreased fair value of investment property, fair value gains on contingent consideration receivables, fair value changes on listed equity securities, and exchange differences.

According to the clarification, the adjusted loss of the Group for the year ended 31 July 2025 decreased by 32.3% to HK$14.8 million compared with the previous year’s HK$21.9 million. This figure excludes the decrease in fair value of investment property, impairment loss of intangible asset, and fair value changes on listed equity securities. The original net fair value loss of HK$1.57 million on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss remains unchanged.
