Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Reports Ongoing Share Buybacks; Issued Shares Remain at 1.08 Billion

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited released a Next Day Disclosure Return on 23 April 2026 outlining the latest movements in its share capital and repurchase programme. The filing shows no change in the company’s issued share capital, while providing an update on recent buyback activities.

The total number of issued ordinary shares stood unchanged at 1,082.95 million both before and after the reporting date. No new shares were issued, and the company held no treasury shares.

On 23 April 2026, Tenfu repurchased 2,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 2.87 per share, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 5,740. These shares are designated for cancellation.

Under the general mandate granted on 9 May 2025—authorising the repurchase of up to 108.38 million shares—Tenfu has bought back 745,000 shares to date, representing 0.07 % of the issued share capital at the time the mandate was approved.

Between 29 December 2025 and 23 April 2026, the company executed 35 repurchase transactions covering 117,000 shares that are still awaiting cancellation. Repurchase prices across these trades ranged from HKD 2.50 to HKD 2.95.

Management confirmed that all repurchases were conducted in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules and applicable regulations. Following the latest transaction, a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales applies until 23 May 2026.
