On December 2, 2025, the Beijing Railway Supervision Office of the National Railway Administration summoned Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (DATANG POWER), Datang Qingyuan Thermal Power Co., Ltd., and Douhe Thermal Power Branch of DATANG POWER in accordance with the "Interim Measures for Railway Safety Production Interviews." The summons was issued due to multiple railway accidents occurring this year on dedicated railway lines operated by DATANG POWER's subsidiaries. Representatives from the Beijing Railway Safety Supervision Office attended the meeting.

During the interview, the Beijing Railway Supervision Office outlined the details of the accidents and reviewed corrective measures reported by the companies. Authorities highlighted deficiencies in DATANG POWER's management of dedicated railway lines and demanded that the companies learn from the incidents, strictly implement safety production responsibilities, and thoroughly address potential hazards to prevent recurrence.

The summoned companies pledged to comply with the requirements, rigorously address the issues, and strengthen the management of dedicated railway lines to ensure the safety and stability of the "last mile" in railway transportation.
