TOP GLOVE CORPORATION BHD (TOPGLOV) reported that substantial shareholder Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee acquired an indirect interest in 2.0 million ordinary shares on Jan, 20 2026, following a purchase by her husband, Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai.

After the transaction, Tong’s direct holding remains at 17,562,876 shares (0.219%), while her indirect or deemed interest rises to 2,995,847,828 shares (37.364%), bringing her total stake to 3,013,410,704 shares.

The filing noted that Tong’s indirect interests are derived from shares held by Lim, other family members, and entities such as Firstway United Corp, Top Fortress Ventures Limited and TS Dr Lim WC (L) Foundation.
