The commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Ahmad Vahidi, has said the force is ready to deploy precision-strike missiles, attack drones, fast boats, electronic warfare capabilities and coastal defense networks to respond to vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz "without authorization."
Ahmad Vahidi stated that the IRGC Navy is prepared to deliver a "destructive response" to any miscalculation by the enemy.
He said any threat from the United States and Israel would be met with "unified command and full combat readiness."
