Minsheng EDU (SEHK: 01569) has announced that, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors, the Board has resolved to propose the appointment of Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (Rongcheng) as the company's new auditor.

This appointment is intended to fill the vacancy following the resignation of the previous auditor, Ernst & Young. The term will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.

The appointment is subject to approval by the company's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting and the completion of Rongcheng's current client acceptance procedures for the audit engagement.
