According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 15, a shareholder of CN HEALTH T-NEW (01069) transferred shares from Changli Securities to China Northern Securities Group, with a transfer market value of HK$2.8426 million, representing 5.64% of holdings.

Previously, CN HEALTH T-NEW announced that all conditions of the placement agreement had been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on August 1, 2025. A total of 17 million placement shares were allotted and issued to no fewer than six placees under the terms and conditions of the placement agreement at a placement price of HK$0.28 per placement share, representing approximately 16.52% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital following the allotment and issuance of the placement shares upon completion.
