Autostreets Development Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 31 August 2026 to review and approve the Group’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes consideration of an interim dividend distribution and other corporate matters.

The meeting date was disclosed in a notice released on 19 August 2026. Autostreets’ board presently comprises four executive directors—Yang Aihua, Yang Hansong (Chairman), Zhao Hongliang and Gao Kun—two non-executive directors—Rob Huting and Yang Chuyu—and three independent non-executive directors—Wang Jianping, Li Mochou and Yan Jonathan Jun.
