Zero2IPO Holdings Inc. has released a supplemental announcement to its 13 August 2026 discloseable transaction notice concerning the company’s subscription of wealth-management products. The latest filing, dated 4 September 2026, clarifies the structure and ultimate beneficial ownership of Alpha2fund, the quantitative fund manager of the subscribed products.

Alpha2fund, described as a well-established quantitative investment house specializing in index-enhancement and market-neutral strategies, operates through two entities—Alpha2fund HK and Alpha2fund Ningbo. According to information available to Zero2IPO, both entities are ultimately owned and controlled by Mr. Lyu Jieyong, an experienced investment manager who is deemed an independent third party in relation to Zero2IPO.

Alpha2fund Ningbo currently has two limited partners—Ningbo Hengsheng and Ningbo Yuanshu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership). Both limited partners are likewise under the ultimate control of Mr. Lyu, consolidating ownership across the Alpha2fund structure.

The board, chaired by Mr. Ni Zhengdong, confirmed that no members of Zero2IPO’s board have any relationship with Mr. Lyu, ensuring the independence of the transaction counterparties.

The supplemental information fulfills Hong Kong disclosure requirements and provides investors with greater transparency regarding the counterparties involved in Zero2IPO’s wealth-management product subscriptions first announced in mid-August.
