Mapletree Logistics Trust (M44U) said on Jul, 17 2026 that Ms Wendy Koh Mui Ai will resign as a non-executive director of its manager, Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., with effect from Jul, 30 2026. Koh is stepping down after leaving her role as Group Chief Financial Officer of the sponsor, Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd., to pursue other interests.

Following her departure, the board of the manager will comprise: Mr Lee Chong Kwee (non-executive chairman), Mr Loh Shai Weng (lead independent and chair of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee), Mr Ching Wei Hong (independent and chair of the Audit and Risk Committee), Ms Judy Lee, Mr Lee Wai Fai, Ms Lim Mei, Ms Ong Siew Koon and Mr Tan Wah Yeow (all independent directors), Mr Goh Chye Boon (non-executive director), Mr Wong Mun Hoong (non-executive director and Nominating and Remuneration Committee member) and Ms Jean Kam Sok Kam (executive director and chief executive officer).

The manager’s board conveyed its appreciation to Koh for her contributions during her tenure.
