KRP DEVELOPMENT (02421) announced that on September 2, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Jialang (as the employer) entered into a construction contract with Shenzhen Guangying Bainian (as the contractor) for a theme park night tour project. Under the agreement, Guangdong Jialang has appointed Shenzhen Guangying Bainian to provide construction engineering services at a contract value of RMB 23.8 million (inclusive of tax), which may be adjusted according to the terms of the construction contract.

The scope of construction engineering services provided by Shenzhen Guangying Bainian includes construction design, delivery, construction and installation of goods and equipment, as well as providing training on system usage, operation and maintenance. The project will ultimately complete and accept various construction phases of the theme park night tour project, including but not limited to control systems, network infrastructure, interactive equipment, stage lighting, fog effects, fountains, water screens, special effects equipment, customized installation, technical services and management measures.

The group intends to undertake the operation of the theme park and further invest in and develop its facilities to enhance its attractiveness and expand its scale. This initiative is expected not only to enrich the group's cultural tourism industry but also create synergistic effects with the group's adjacent residential properties.
