Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Limited (“Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology”) has released both the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report on the company website (www.inspur.com.hk) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Effective immediately, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically under Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07, which formalised the paperless listing regime on 31 December 2023.

Shareholders are encouraged to scan the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or email inspur.ecom@computershare.com.hk to register a functioning email address for timely notifications. Those who do not provide an email address must check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively; actionable corporate communications will continue to be sent in hard copy.

Investors who prefer printed documents may opt-in by returning the reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited or by emailing a request. This instruction remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.
