The Chinese name was changed from “華新水泥股份有限公司” to “華新建材集團股份有限公司.” The corresponding English name was changed from “HUAXIN CEMENT CO., LTD.” to “HUAXIN BUILDING MATERIALS GROUP CO., LTD.”

Effective from 9:00 a.m. on 4 December 2025, the stock short name on the Stock Exchange will change from “華新水泥” to “華新建材” in Chinese and from “HUAXIN CEMENT” to “HX BLDG MAT” in English, while maintaining the stock code “06655.” Existing share certificates remain valid for trading and registration, and new share certificates will be issued under the new company name. The logo will also be updated to reflect the change, and the company website remains accessible at www.huaxincem.com and www.huaxin.com.
