TIANLI INT HLDG (01773) released an announcement detailing its latest business developments for the 2024/2025 academic year.

In the study tour services segment, the Group's subsidiary Lixing Research & Study Company successively launched historical-themed study tour programs including "Ancient Shu" and "Dunhuang" projects. These programs transformed textbook knowledge into vivid offline experiences, truly enabling students to think through research, gain through learning, and learn through entertainment. Upon launch, these programs received widespread market recognition, with the Group's external study tour services registering a 20% year-on-year increase in participant numbers, demonstrating growing external conversion potential.

In the arts services segment, the Group's subsidiary Tianyi Zhumeng Company launched products including the Tsinghua Elite Talent Development Program and the "3+3" Arts Integration Specialty Project, fully meeting the artistic enhancement needs of students with different foundations. For the 2024/2025 academic year, the Group's arts segment served approximately 4,500 participants, further unlocking market potential.

In 2025, the Group's high school graduates participated in the National College Entrance Examination held in various cities where their schools are located. In the 2025 Gaokao, the Group's elite talent development achievements reached new heights, with a total of 28 outstanding students across the school network receiving admission offers from Tsinghua University and Peking University.

Benefiting from the Group's standardized, high-quality teaching management model output, mature schools within the Group continued to maintain high standards in this year's Gaokao, with approximately 90% of students exceeding China's undergraduate admission score lines and approximately 58% exceeding first-tier university admission score lines. Growth-stage schools also achieved "low entry, high exit" results, with undergraduate and first-tier admission rates improving by 32% and 14% respectively compared to entrance scores.

For the 2024/2025 academic year, the Group's diversified advancement achievements were equally impressive: (i) In international admissions, a total of 329 students received admission offers from QS World Top 50 universities this academic year; (ii) In competitive academic programs, 34 students won provincial first prizes in the five major subject competitions, with 12 selected for provincial teams and achieving 3 gold medals in national finals, including one student who joined the national training team and secured guaranteed admission to Tsinghua University.

As of the beginning of the autumn 2025 semester, the Group provided comprehensive educational services to approximately 141,000 students across 63 schools, representing an 8% increase from approximately 130,000 students at the beginning of autumn 2024. The number of high school students served by the Group reached approximately 60,000, an 11% increase from approximately 54,000 at the beginning of autumn 2024.

During the 2024/2025 academic year, the Group's Yiliang Tianli School, leveraging precise AI product capabilities, successfully helped 2 students gain admission to Peking University and 1 student to Tsinghua University, breaking Yiliang County's 117-year record for admissions to these prestigious universities.

The AI Sprint Camp project also achieved remarkable results. Among nearly 1,000 AI Gaokao Sprint Camp participants recruited this academic year, 81% achieved score improvements, with an average increase of 48 points and a maximum improvement of 158 points.
