China Boton Completes HKD 1.12 Million Share Buyback; Treasury Stock Rises to 30.58 Million Shares

China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 346,000 ordinary shares on 24 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 3.18 to HKD 3.26, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.25 per share and a total consideration of HKD 1.12 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.03% to 1.05 billion shares, while the treasury-share balance increased to 30.58 million shares. Total issued shares, including treasury shares, remain unchanged at 1.08 billion.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 346,000 shares have been repurchased under this mandate, representing 0.03% of the issued shares outstanding as of the mandate date.

All regulatory requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules were observed, and the company confirmed receipt of all funds due. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals is in effect until 24 October 2026, in accordance with Rule 10.06(3)(a).
