TAT HONG EQUIP (ASX: 02153) has announced the issuance of its tenth series of digital securities commercial paper under the SDAX multi-currency CP financing program.

This issuance, designated as the 3-month SGD Series 010, is denominated in Singapore dollars and carries an annual interest rate of 4.40%. It is scheduled to mature approximately three months from the issuance date of July 9, 2026.

The company anticipates raising between S$30 million and S$35 million from accredited and institutional investors through this offering.

The proceeds from the 3-month SGD Series 010 issuance are earmarked to be used as working capital for the group's core business operations.
