Hua Hong Semiconductor Limited (Hua Hong Semi) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and proxy form (collectively “Current Corporate Communications”) are now available in both English and Chinese on the websites of HKEX (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company (www.huahonggrace.com) under the Investor Relations section.

Non-registered shareholders can obtain printed copies by completing the request form enclosed with the notice and mailing it to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The prepaid mailing label provided covers local postage. A submitted request will apply to all future corporate communications unless the registrar is notified otherwise or the shareholder disposes of all company shares.
