Pharmaron Beijing Co., Ltd. (Pharmaron) expects solid top-line and bottom-line growth for the first half of 2026, according to its unaudited interim results estimate released on 13 July 2026.

For the six months ended 30 June 2026, revenue is projected at RMB 7.47–7.66 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 16%–19% versus RMB 6.44 billion in the prior-year period. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent is forecast at RMB 729.45–771.54 million, up 4%–10% from RMB 701.40 million a year earlier, while basic earnings per share are expected to rise to RMB 0.4024–0.4256 from RMB 0.3984.

Performance excluding non-recurring items is anticipated to improve more markedly. Adjusted net profit (excluding non-recurring gains or losses) is estimated at RMB 674.86–706.69 million, translating to 6%–11% growth. On a non-IFRS basis—which strips out share-based compensation, foreign-exchange effects, investment gains/losses and other one-off items—net profit is projected at RMB 884.17–921.96 million, up 17%–22%.

Management attributes the advance to:

1. Continued expansion of strategic customer collaborations and later-stage progression of small-molecule CDMO pipelines. 2. Robust order momentum, with total newly signed purchase orders rising more than 30% year on year; laboratory services orders grew over 20%, while small-molecule CDMO orders exceeded 50%. 3. Ongoing investment in R&D and production teams to meet increasing demand.

Non-recurring gains or losses are expected to range between RMB 53 million and RMB 63 million, slightly below the RMB 64.74 million booked in the first half of 2025. The firm noted that one-off reorganisation expenses at its overseas operations also affected reported profitability.

Pharmaron has discussed the preliminary figures with its auditors, who expressed no major disagreements; however, the data remain unaudited. Full interim results prepared under PRC GAAP and IFRS will be published later on the Shenzhen and Hong Kong exchanges. Investors are advised to consider potential risks pending release of the final audited statements.
