YIK WO INTL (08659) has announced the resignation of Mr. Cheung Sze Chak from his positions as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, and member of both the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee, due to his need to dedicate more time to other commitments. Concurrently, Mr. Chan Chun Hin has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee. These changes will take effect from February 10, 2026.
