From December 5 to 7, the "2025 (23rd) China Entrepreneur Influential Entrepreneurs Annual Conference" (formerly known as the China Business Leaders Summit) was held in Beijing, themed "Emergence · Infinite—Co-Creating New Forms of Intelligent Business." Zhang Wei, founder of LimX Dynamics, attended and delivered a speech.

Zhang Wei discussed that the fundamental nature of AI is not to replace humans but to empower them. "You can't focus solely on the production process and replace the final assembly worker—it may not be particularly effective. However, AI can significantly accelerate the earlier stages of the process."

He mentioned that whether in manufacturing enterprises or startups, robots can already fully replace humans in the early stages of technical feasibility studies and validation, achieving tenfold or hundredfold efficiency improvements. At this stage, mass producibility is not a concern, and the synergy between tools and systems can accelerate innovation by orders of magnitude. This represents a significant variable—a clear enhancement within existing workflows.

Zhang Wei also highlighted another breakthrough: the emergence of new human-machine interaction paradigms from fresh demand perspectives. Traditional methods like keyboards, mice, voice, and video are now giving way to novel modalities that create entirely new possibilities rather than merely replacing existing roles. This shift holds immense potential and opportunities.
