Goldstream Investment trims free-float by 180,000 shares through July buy-backs; total issued capital remains unchanged

Goldstream Investment Limited disclosed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, detailing minor adjustments to its share structure and confirming continued compliance with Hong Kong public-float requirements.

Authorised Capital • Authorised share capital stood unchanged at 400.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.50 each, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million.

Issued and Treasury Shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 180,000 to 255.74 million after a series of share repurchases executed during the month. • Correspondingly, treasury shares rose to 1.39 million, leaving the total number of issued shares unchanged at 257.14 million. • Public float comfortably exceeded the 25 % minimum threshold specified under Main Board Rule 13.32B.

Share Repurchase Activity • Four on-market transactions between 3 July and 16 July 2026 repurchased a total of 180,000 shares. • Purchase prices ranged from HKD 4.07 to HKD 4.36, resulting in an aggregate consideration of approximately HKD 0.75 million.

Share Option Scheme • Under the 21 September 2020 Share Option Scheme, 600 options lapsed during the month, leaving 21.56 million options outstanding. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred in connection with the scheme.

Capital Outlook With no change to authorised capital and limited buy-back activity, Goldstream Investment’s overall capital base remains stable while the company continues to utilise share repurchases to manage its equity structure.
