BHG Retail REIT said on Sep, 17 2026 that it has supported “Project Write It Forward 2026”, a nationwide campaign that collected new and gently used stationery for students and families in need across Singapore.

The initiative, organised by The Changemakers Guild alongside ten community groups, ran from Aug, 03 2026 to Aug, 30 2026. Staff of BHG Retail Trust Management Pte. Ltd.—the manager of the REIT—contributed writing materials, notebooks and other school supplies, which were channelled to charity partners such as Allkin Singapore, Care Community Services Society, Singapore Children’s Society, HCSA Community Services and The Salvation Army.

Chief Executive Officer Ms Chan Iz-Lynn said the effort aimed to ensure that “access to basic learning materials can make a meaningful difference to a student” while promoting community giving and reducing waste.

The company noted that its involvement in the drive aligns with its broader environmental, social and governance agenda. Earlier in 2026, BHG Retail REIT received the Silver Award for Empowerment of Women and the Bronze Award for Best Community Programme at the 18th Annual Global CSR & ESG Summit and Awards. Its manager was also granted the “Company of Good – 3 Hearts” recognition by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre.

BHG Retail REIT’s portfolio comprises six retail properties across China with a combined gross floor area of about 311,691 sqm and a committed occupancy rate of 94.0% as at Jun, 30 2026.
