SUNHO BIO-B (ASX: 02898) has announced that Zhonghui Anda has submitted a letter of resignation to the board of directors and the audit committee, stepping down as the company's incumbent auditor effective June 5, 2026.

Following the consideration of the audit committee's recommendation, the board has resolved to appoint Zhongrui as the new auditor to fill the vacancy created by the resignation. Zhongrui's appointment will be effective until the company's next general meeting of shareholders.
