AI ENERGY ENG (01751) has announced that Mr. Zhou Yunxian has been appointed as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Additionally, Mr. Cao Yifan has been reassigned from the role of Chief Executive Officer to Co-Chief Executive Officer, effective August 12, 2026.
