HUSCOKE HLDGS (00704) announced that on March 27, 2026, the company received a letter from the Listing Review Committee. The letter stated that after considering the submissions from both the company and the Listing Division, including those presented during the hearing, the Listing Review Committee has decided to uphold the original ruling of the Listing Committee. The Listing Review Committee concluded that the company failed to comply with Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules at the time of the hearing.
