XINXIN MINING (03833) surged more than 12%, reaching an 11.65% gain at the time of writing, trading at HK$2.3 with a turnover of HK$10.17 million. The rally follows reports that the Indonesian Nickel Miners Association (APNI) revealed a proposed nickel ore production target of approximately 250 million tons in the 2026 Work Plan and Budget (RKAB), a sharp decline from the 379 million tons targeted in the 2025 RKAB. APNI Secretary-General Meidy Katrin Lengkey explained that the lower production plan aims to prevent further declines in nickel prices. Public records show that XINXIN MINING wholly owns four nickel-copper mines—Karatungk, Huangshandong, Huangshan, and Xiangshan—as well as two vanadium mines in Xianghejie and Mujiahe, along with the Karqar fluorite mine.
