Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings (300999) said subsidiary Guangzhou Yihai Oils & Grains Industries Co. has submitted a written appeal to the Anhui Provincial Higher People’s Court against a first-instance criminal judgment delivered on Nov, 19 2025 by the Huaibei Intermediate People’s Court.

Guangzhou Yihai was first indicted on Jan, 11 2024 under case Huaijian Xingsu (2023) No. 16. The company confirmed that the second-instance hearing has not yet begun, leaving any impact on current or future earnings uncertain.

Production and operations across the group continue as normal, and the parent company stated it will provide further disclosures in line with Shenzhen Stock Exchange rules.
