AIMS APAC REIT Manager Names Successor as CEO Russell Ng Plans Sep, 30 2026 Departure

AIMS APAC REIT Management Limited, the manager of AIMS APAC REIT, announced on Jul, 24 2026 that Chief Executive Officer Russell Ng Keh Yang will step down on Sep, 30 2026 after nearly five years in the role.

Ms Lim Joo Lee, currently Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed CEO-designate and is scheduled to assume the top post on Oct, 1 2026, pending regulatory approval. Ng will work with the board and Lim to facilitate a smooth leadership transition.

Lim has served as CFO since 2021, overseeing financial management, capital markets activities and investor relations. As incoming CEO, she will be responsible for the overall planning, management and operations of the REIT.

The board thanked Ng for his contributions to AA REIT’s growth and extended congratulations to Lim on her appointment.
