The average selling price for the 11-month period stood at RMB12,162 per square meter. In November 2025 alone, the group recorded contracted sales of about RMB1.51 billion, marking a 44.38% decline compared to the same month last year, with a sales area of 123,395 square meters. The average selling price for November was RMB12,260 per square meter.
