Wenye Group (01802) has issued an announcement regarding changes to its key personnel.

Due to work arrangement reasons, Mr. Luo Wenxi has tendered his resignation from the following positions: (i) the company's authorized representative as required under the Listing Rules 3.05; (ii) the company secretary of the company; and (iii) the company's authorized representative as stipulated under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). All resignations will take effect from July 13, 2026.

The board of directors is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Huang Zhijiang to the following roles: (i) authorized representative; (ii) company secretary of the company; and (iii) the company's authorized representative as stipulated under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). These appointments will also be effective from July 13, 2026.
