Centurion Accommodation REIT announced on Dec, 05 2025 that it has received regulatory approval to retain 664 beds at its Westlite Toh Guan workers’ dormitory until Dec, 31 2028.

The approval follows the recent completion of an additional 1,764-bed block at the facility, bringing total capacity to 9,094 beds. A new licence application under the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act will be submitted to cover the expanded capacity, replacing the licence previously granted for the new block.

The trust said operations at Westlite Toh Guan will continue as usual during the licence transition.
