United Overseas Australia Ltd (UOS) said on Feb, 2 2026 that it has transferred 283,500 ordinary shares from its secondary listing on the Singapore Exchange (ticker: UOSAA) to its primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Following the transaction, the company’s ASX-quoted shares increased to 350,031,836 from 349,748,336, while the SGX register decreased to 1,354,941,760 from 1,355,225,260.

The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 1,704,973,596.
