CICC (ASX: 03908) has announced that, according to a relevant announcement published by Moody's on its website (https://ratings.moodys.com) on September 29, 2026, the long-term issuer rating of CICC and its wholly-owned subsidiary China International Capital Corporation (International) Limited ("CICC International") has been upgraded from Baa1 to A3.

The short-term issuer rating remains at P-2, with a stable outlook.
