HKT Trust, constituted under Hong Kong law, and HKT Limited, incorporated in the Cayman Islands, have disclosed a next day return detailing the issuance of 2,622,252 new share stapled units under the HKT Trust and HKT Limited 2024 Share Stapled Unit Award Scheme. The change represents approximately 0.035% of the existing issued shares before the transaction.

According to the announcement, the share stapled units were issued at HKD 11.622, while the underlying units, ordinary shares, and preference shares were issued at separate nominal prices ranging from HKD 0 to HKD 0.0005. The total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) rose from 7,579,776,147 to 7,582,398,399 as of 28 November 2025. No share repurchases or redemptions were reported.
