TravelSky Technology Limited (TRAVELSKY TECH) announced that, following an employee representative meeting held on 26 June 2026, Mr. Sun Minghe, aged 55, has been elected and appointed as the company’s new employee representative director with immediate effect. Concurrently, Ms. Liang Shuang has ceased to serve in this role. Ms. Liang confirmed she has no disagreements with the board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Mr. Sun holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Public Administration from Peking University. Since beginning his career in July 1995, he has held various government and administrative positions, including deputy director roles within Beijing’s Haidian District and Zhongguancun Sub-district Offices, as well as multiple senior posts at the State Commission Office of Public Sectors Reform. In April 2026, he became deputy secretary of the Party Committee and director of China TravelSky Holding Company Limited, and in June 2026 he was appointed chairman of the Trade Union of both China TravelSky Holding and TRAVELSKY TECH.

The company stated that Mr. Sun has no prior directorships in other listed firms over the past three years, no shareholdings in TRAVELSKY TECH or its associated corporations, and no relationships with directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders. His term as employee representative director commences on 26 June 2026 and will continue until a new employee representative director is elected. Compensation will be set according to relevant laws and the company’s remuneration policies.

The board expressed gratitude to Ms. Liang Shuang for her contributions during her tenure. As of the announcement date, TRAVELSKY TECH’s board composition is: Executive Director—Jiang Bo (Chairman); Employee Representative Director—Sun Minghe; Non-executive Directors—Zeng Yongchao, He Xiaoqun; Independent Non-executive Directors—Liu Zehong, Chan Wing Tak Kevin, and Xu Hongzhi.
