YIBIN BANK (02596) has announced that following a public tender process, the Bank, acting as the principal, has selected Jiantou Jiangang and Xinyi Jiantou to serve as the construction contractor and construction agent, respectively. On February 13, 2026, the Bank entered into a construction project contract with Jiantou Jiangang and Xinyi Jiantou. Under this agreement, Jiantou Jiangang and Xinyi Jiantou have agreed to provide construction services to the Bank for the upgrade and renovation project of the Bank's headquarters business building. The contracted value of the agreement is RMB 86.499 million. Through this project, the Bank aims to achieve a hardware upgrade for its headquarters business building, thereby enabling it to better serve its customer base and meet their more diverse needs. Furthermore, by appointing Xinyi Jiantou as a professional organization responsible for the specific implementation, management, control, and supervision of the project, the Bank can better manage the project's timeline, quality, cost, and safety.
