On 22 September 2026, the company repurchased 0.50 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 1.005 and HKD 1.015, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.50 million. These shares are intended for cancellation.

Cumulative repurchases still awaiting formal cancellation now total 44.45 million shares, acquired between 17 December 2025 and 22 September 2026 at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD 0.99 to HKD 3.36. When cancelled, the outstanding share count will fall by approximately 2.36 %.

Under the general mandate approved on 20 May 2026, Ming Yuan Cloud is authorised to repurchase up to 191.24 million shares. To date, 19.00 million shares—equivalent to 0.99 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date—have been bought back on-market. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the buyback triggers a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales, effective until 22 October 2026.

The board confirms that all buybacks to date comply with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and relevant legal requirements.
