BOER POWER (01685) announced that on October 3, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Boer Wuxi entered into a sales agreement with Boer Energy Jiangsu to sell 36 sets of gas-insulated switchgear equipment and spare parts (including assembly services and materials) for photovoltaic power generation grid parity projects. The consideration (including VAT) amounts to approximately RMB 7.22 million (approximately RMB 6.39 million excluding VAT). The directors believe that the sale of gas-insulated switchgear products to Boer Energy Jiangsu under the sales agreement is conducted in the ordinary course of the group's business on normal commercial terms or better. This transaction is beneficial to the company as it generates revenue for the company, and therefore aligns with the overall interests of the company and all shareholders.
