NORTH MINING (00433) announced that all preconditions set out in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription was completed on August 18, 2025. The subscribers have subscribed for an aggregate of 2.4905 billion subscription shares at a subscription price of HK$0.03 per subscription share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. After deducting professional fees and other related expenses, the net proceeds from the subscription amount to approximately HK$74.7 million (based on HK$0.03 per subscription share). The company intends to use the net proceeds for repaying bank loans and other borrowings under the Group's current liabilities, and for the Group's general working capital.
