GREEN ENERGY GP (00979) announced that the group expects to record a loss attributable to owners of approximately HK$15 million to HK$18 million for the year ending June 30, 2025, compared to approximately HK$14.3 million for the year ended June 30, 2024.

The board of directors believes the increased loss is primarily attributable to (1) decreased revenue and gross profit margin in the renewable energy business segment, and (2) impairment provision for property, plant and equipment related to plastic recycling operations.
