Mr. Hu Jichun has been removed from his position as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Li Zubin has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lyu Rongkuang has resigned from his roles as Chief Financial Officer, Joint Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative. Ms. Situ Ying has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Authorized Representative. Additionally, Mr. Xie Wenjie will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee.
