Beisen Holding Completes HKD 0.19 Million Share Buyback, Treasury Shares Rise to 5.99 Million

Beisen Holding Limited repurchased 50,000 ordinary shares on 13 April 2026 through on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 3.83 to HKD 3.92 per share, representing an average cost of HKD 3.87 per share. The total consideration amounted to HKD 0.19 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined marginally—by 0.0068%—to 730.20 million, while treasury shares increased to 5.99 million. The company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 736.19 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 18 September 2025, which authorises Beisen to repurchase up to 70.12 million shares. Including the latest purchase, the company has acquired 10.76 million shares under this mandate to date, equivalent to 1.53% of the issued share base when the authorisation was granted.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Beisen is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 13 May 2026.
