Tianyu Semi Repurchases 18,950 H Shares, Issued Share Base Falls 0.03%

Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (“Tianyu Semi”) disclosed on 23 September 2026 that it bought back 18,950 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day.

The shares were repurchased at prices between HKD 41.60 and HKD 43.38, at a volume-weighted average of HKD 42.2048, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.80 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 58.85 million from 58.87 million, a reduction of 0.03%. • Treasury shares rose to 140,050, up from 121,100. • Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remained unchanged at 58.99 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 19 May 2026, which allows Tianyu Semi to repurchase up to 5.90 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this authority now stand at 140,050 shares, representing 0.24 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—until 23 October 2026—on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares.
